4 Months Already & The anatomy of a 4 month old photo shoot.

I know.....wordy title.  But you'll get why in a minute.

First things first...

So my baby is officially 4 months old! Hooray!!! It went by so fast.  AND...I don't want to be the photographer mom that is behind on taking her own kids photos.  In fact I made a promise to myself to take regular images of Amelia, and Grace.  Aside from being my mom duty....it is good practice for my craft.  Amelia is all about being mom's little model. Grace is the more stubborn of the two but I'm buttering her up for some 6 year old image fun.  Trying to let her drive the creative part.  But I digress....

So...

Happy 4 months Beautiful!!

And now on to our fun....The anatomy of a 4 month old photo shoot.  This is only part of it, but I had to share.  I knew I only had as long as she was happy on her tummy or back.  So I had to work quickly.  We started on her back, and the I rolled her to her tummy and laid in the grass in front of her.  She thought mommy was of course funny with my noises, and playing peekaboo around the camera.  If you've never seen a photographer shoot photos of kids, you'd be amazed the antics that we will pull for a smile.  After a few moments on her tummy she started grabbing the blanket around her, and decided she was going to roll, and this is what followed.

Such a little ham!  Love her to pieces!!!
